The hotel offers high-standard rooms with luxurious amenities like large walk-in showers and a free-standing bath. While our butler was not always visible, their note on the last night was a nice touch. The service is professional and extremely supportive, especially during busy breakfast times, led by the exemplary Benjamin. The location is perfect for both luxurious and family holidays, with excellent facilities for kids and adults. The dining experience is wonderful, with a marvelous selection, though it can get chaotic. Overall, a great place for a relaxing and luxurious getaway.
The hotel is just perfect for our wedding occasion with furniture and tables that are easy to use and always clean, plus special amenities inside. Thank you for the excellent service! From the standard rooms to the suites, the experience was top-notch.
I couldn't have asked for anything more for our stay; the room was perfectly appointed with enough space to spread out and relax. The only small improvements could be having an unobstructed full-length mirror and two dressing gowns for both guests. The service was exceptional and appreciated, with extremely friendly and helpful staff throughout the stay. The location was well set up with private cabanas all around, making for a really comfortable experience close to the beach. The dining was slightly disappointing in terms of variety, but overall, it's hard to complain, especially with the SPG membership discount.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel, enjoying the comfort of the rooms on the 8th floor and the exceptional service provided by the friendly and professional staff. The serene location felt like a private club with great amenities, although the distance to attractions could be a slight inconvenience.
